If we find your dog has fleas, an additional charge of $30 applies to de-flea.
Please Note:

When significant dematting is required, an additional charge of $25 per 20 minutes will apply. In cases where we believe that dematting may be uncomfortable for a dog, we reserve the right to refuse this service. In such instances we recommend a 'shave off' as this is a much kinder procedure.

Additional charges may also apply for difficult dogs e.g. highly anxious and/or tendency to bite etc. We also reserve the right to refuse services in such instances.
